He was born in 1976 in Eskişehir. He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 2001, and completed his specialization in Ankara University ENT Department in 2006. After completing his one-year military service as a Second Lieutenant at Foça Military Naval Base between 2007 and 2008, he worked in private hospitals after doing his compulsory service at Elazig Harput State Hospital between 2008 and 2011.
