Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve BİÇER was born on November 22, 1974, in Germany. After completing her pre-university education, she began her medical studies at Akdeniz University Faculty of Medicine, graduating with honors and earning the title of medical doctor. She completed her residency between 1998 and 2003 at Izmir Atatürk Training and Research Hospital, becoming a Specialist in Obstetrics and Gynecology, where she continued to serve as Chief Assistant until 2011.
Between 2011 and 2017, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Merve BİÇER worked at Izmir University Medical Park Hospital as an "Assistant Professor." Since April 15, 2017, she has been continuing her professional practice at her private clinic in Izmir.
