Well, well, where do I start? I’m speechless. I’m one of those old-school thinkers who believed you only get treatment where you live, but 1000% — that thought of mine was wrong, especially now being in Turkey, Izmir, and having treatment in this clinic. I was definitely blown away. The service, the care in hospital, during and after the surgery — I don’t have words to explain. It was sooooooo amazing.

I had a few nurses taking care of me, which I’ve never experienced in the UK — ever. I’m a mother and have even been in a UK private hospital once, but it was nowhere near the treatment I got here. I was extremely lucky to have two people beside me almost 90% of the time: Ebrew and Kaan, the young fellow. I just feel like I made a new family there, rather than just receiving medical care.

These two people reached out to care for me beyond their jobs. I have a few people lined up, and hopefully we’ll be back in the same clinic again — but this time, it’ll be my sister’s journey. I witnessed healthcare between May 16 to May 24, 2025. The diagnosis was detailed and interactive. The language difference had no negative impact as everything said was translated in English for me. The augmented services like hotel, breakfast and cab services were thrilling. About my 'kid sister' Ebru; she was exceptionally good. In all, I saw excellent customer service in reality. The bill was not low but sickness I guess is costlier.

I travelled to Izmir, Turkey on 12th May 2025 and had my surgery on 13th May. I had an extensive thigh and lower buttock lift, alongside a breast lift. From the moment I arrived and even now that I have returned to the UK, the care I have received from JFS Clinic has been outstanding. I undertook a lot of research to identify who I wanted to conduct my surgery and narrowed it down to 3 clinics, which included Dr Onur Evren Yılmaz at JFS. Out of the 3 clinics, the coordinator at JFS was exceptional. Her name is Illy, she provided me with a video call and thoroughly answered all of my questions in a very timely manner, even when she needed to go away and consult with Dr Onur. Illy was one of the reasons I chose to book with JFS.

Dr Onur Evren Yılmaz was my surgeon, and I met with him the day before my surgery so he could discuss what my expectations were and complete some preliminary markups on my body. He, too, was very thorough and explained everything. The surgery went well,l and I saw Dr Onur 3 more times after my surgery, where he assessed my wounds and changed my dressings.

I am very pleased with the results so far. It is still early days, but I am healing well and have had no issues. Illy continues to check in on my progress via video call and WhatsApp regularly.

I had breast surgery, previous implants taken out and a breast uplift. From when we arrived Pelin and Bilge the coordinators were so welcoming and attentive nothing was too much trouble and they made sure my time in hospital and the week afterwards was good. They checked in on me everyday at least once a day and if I needed anything they would bring it to me in the hospital/hotel.

My surgeon Dr Onur was very knowledgeable and although he is Turkish and I am English there was no language barrier he understood all of my concerns and questions and he explained to me thoroughly of what was going to happen and everything to do with my healing process afterwards.

So I had a deep plane lift . ONUR EVREN YILMAZ I cannot recommend highly enough .he goes above and beyond any surgeon I’ve came across .

I stayed 2 nights in the hospital due to high blood pressure after surgery and not the 1 night .

The doctor came to me daily and re dressed and checked my healing . He really cares about his patients tentatively.he also was very thorough pre operation to assure he was doing the surgery based on my face individually by checking my facial structure !

Where my natural facial expressions were . You can tell he bases his work on you as an individual and he’s very creative as I could tell been a portrait artist . I had a problem that can occur after surgery called a seroma ! Fluid under the skin that needs addressing ( it can be left but !! Dr onur was not taking any chances ! He withdrew the fluid and re stitch the skin to hold together . Luckily I decided one week is not enough after such surgery , so I booked 12 days ! Luckily my surgeon kept treating me without extra cost . The surgeons in the uk said he’s very very professional at his work .

I was chauffeured regularly to his clinic and he has done amazing people working for him whom also go above and beyond. KAAN this young man was so professional, friendly and made you always at ease ! Again he’d go above and beyond to address anything you’d ask him to relay to the surgeon and give advice or help to find your way around turkey .
